Welcome to MyDietChef

Hi there. I'm Chef Jeff Pirtle and I created this website for YOU! I've cooked for the rich and famous all over the world for the past 15 years. And if there's one thing that they have in common... It's that they are all different. We all have unique bodies and dietary needs don't we?

Think of this as the anti-big box diet program. Around here we have small personalized programs based around specific diet needs. There's something for everyone.

Body Reboot is a program to help you reset your metabolism and lose a bunch of weight in just 26 days.

There's an Accountability Partner program where I help you find the right diet for YOU and help you stay encouraged and motivated through continuous communication.

There's a cookbook that I wrote with over 225 gluten free weeknight dinner recipes. Even a Pure Health Tea that I have hand blended for you... and so much more.

So, browse around and see what's right for YOU. If you have any questions. Just click on the contact link and I'll be in touch before you know it.

Healthy Snack Ideas

Healthy Snack Ideas   Cravings happen even to the healthiest of us. Often, when a craving hits in the afternoon or the evening after dinner, we get the urge to snack. Snacking can be a bad habit to get into, because the snacks we choose are often junky, un-nutritious, and high in calories, sugar, or fat.   The trick to snacking without piling on the pounds is to find healthy alternatives to the regular snacks you might normally reach for.   Usually, when we get a craving it is for either something sweet (chocolate!), savory (potato chips!), creamy (ice cream!), or crunchy (crisps!). Obviously, my examples are foods you shouldn’t eat all the time if you want to be trim and healthy. But … [Read more...]

Sometimes it is so easy to want to grab a quick bowl of cereal or even forget breakfast and just get through the morning on 1-2 cups of coffee for the energy needed to survive the day. I don't want you to … [Read more...]
